  • How do I store the treats?

    They do not need to be placed in a fridge or freezer. They will last up to 8 months in a cool dry drawer or shelf out of direct sunlight.

  • My dog has allergies, or doesn’t like certain treats, what can I do?

    We understand all dogs are different. You can choose which treats you would like that are best for your dogs’ dietary needs and likes from our whole wheat, oat flour or our grain free garbanzo bean flour (chickpea Flour).

  • Do any of the treats contain dangerous bones?

    No. All our treats are produced for consumption for dogs. They are also rawhide free.


    For example, our chicken strips are 100% boneless, skinless, chicken breast, carefully dehydrated to ensure they are safe for dogs.


    As with any dog food product, you should always supervise your dog while they have their treats and discard any bits that may break off that they should not swallow.


  • How long do I have to return a product?

  • Why does my dog hide his treats?

    When a dog hides their treats or bones, they are simply saving them for later. This is a normal animal instinct. You may also find your dog will play with the treats or run off with them. This is a good sign, and it means that they like them.

    You absolutely can cancel your subscription at any time by visiting the page and Subscriptions.


    If it is a temporary cancellation, please contact us and we can pause your subscription so you do not lose any offers you may be on.


  • Are dog treats bad for dogs?

    Not at all! Every treat has been prepared especially for the consumption of dogs and pass all agricultural regulations and checks. All our dog biscuits are fully human-grade, digestible and healthy for all dogs.

  • Do your treats smell?

    Our treats may have varying scents, which come from the high-quality ingredients we use. We don’t add any additives, preservatives, or byproducts, so the aroma of the ingredients is what you smell.

  • Can cats eat dog treats?

    Yes, however due to the size of our biscuits not all cats will like them.

  • What are the best treats to give your dog? k the status of my order online?

    This really depends on your dog. We have different size biscuits and flavors available for different size dogs and tastebuds.


    Our 4oz poppers are perfect for small to midsize dogs.  They are great for training and are also great for senior dogs.


    Our 8oz larger biscuits, our most popular treats are perfect for any size dog. They can be broken into smaller pieces as well. 


  • Do I need to subscribe, or can I buy just once?

    We offer both monthly subscriptions and one-time purchases. You can choose which option you want on the product page when making a purchase. (Chad we would like to offer monthly automatic reorder, please help us set this up as well).
